Booking Terms & Conditions

Preferred check in days: Friday or Sunday.

Child rate applies 6-14 years when sharing with 2 Adults. 

Children 5 years & under (this applies to the age of the child on arrival to Falls Creek) 50% off child rate

Babies in cot: $10 per night. 

Single supplement: On application.

We have a non smoking policy.

Our preferred payment method EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). 

Credit Cards accepted: Visa & MasterCard.

Also accepted: Amex will incur additional fees. 

Booking Conditions;

50% deposit within 7 days to confirm booking - balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation 28 days or more - full refund less 15% fee on total amount of booking. Cancellation under 28 days - refund only if room re-booked, less a 15% fee on total amount of booking.

We are also happy to work with you to try & re- schedule the booking if that is an option.
