Falls Creek's Snowsports Guarantee* provides valuable peace of mind allowing you to confidently book your holiday.

*All payments proved to be received (less booking fee) will be refunded,if 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival, there is insufficient snow to enable snowsports on at least three designated downhill runs at Falls Creek.

This guarantee does not apply if snowsports runs at the Resort cannot be accessed should lifts be unable to operate due to other condition.

This guarantee is applicable every day during the declared Victorian ski season.
